As the principal contractor, TPS partnered with Browns Engineering to build a 4200 square meter warehouse in the Dulux Zimbabwe’s premise in Southerton, Harare. Despite the inherent complicity in the foundation, the six-month project was completed and turned over to the client on schedule.

From a green site, Intrachem Kwekwe project was the most significant of numerous projects TPS conducted for Intrachem in Zimbabwe. This is the nation’s first plant of its kind, and it comes with a full turn-key system.

TPS was responsible for the construction of this manufacturing plant, including the furnishing elements. This comprised all the supporting structures for the plant’s storage and supplies.

Apart from the plant TPS did two of the largest explosive magazines in the nation, each with a brand-new, cutting-edge layout and contemporary features never seen before. All of which abide by all local laws and regulations.

With teams dedicated for bulk concrete works TPS worked on a number of concrete works-based projects. Some of the projects include the following:

• Pickstone Underground Project – Civils Construction for Southwell mine.
• Penhalonga Gold Recovery Project.
• Causeway bridge in Gonarezhou National Parks.
• IntraChem Kwekwe 5000kg bulk magazines.
• Acid Storage Shed

TPS built a 5600 square meter shed at the corner of Plymouth and Hobbs Road. Built on turnkey basis, the project’s scope included; Architectural and Engineer’s designs, earthworks, foundations, steelworks & roof covering, brick partitioning, electrical works, plumbing works & fire protection, slab & ramps, boundary wall & gates, paving, etc
