TPS is powered by a dedicated team of site managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, and SHEQ officers with decades of combined experience across civil, commercial, and industrial projects.

Matt Munro

Managing Director

Matt completed a 5-year Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Cadetship with Cold Storage Commission from 1982 to 1987. He then joined the CSC Project team as an Assistant Projects Engineer, working on the construction of new Cold Storage Abattoirs and Facilities in Harare, Bulawayo, and Masvingo. After being promoted to Projects Engineer in 1990, he left CSC in 1992 to join a Safari company, building workshops, houses, Safari Camps, Lodges, and fencing Ranches.

Matt later joined R & B Construction, which built Small to Medium Size Dams throughout Zimbabwe before diversifying into concrete and building works. When Steve Bennett emigrated in 1998, the company was renamed Rodger Munro Contracting and eventually Dumbu Enterprises in 2014. Matt is now the Managing Director of Total Property Solutions, bringing 30 years of experience in project management and construction.

Troy Connor

Senior Site Manager

Some of his projects with TPS include the Mirror Image Investments pump and booster pump stations, the installation of electric fencing at Mirror Images, and the Electrosales Warehouse in Mutare. He has also worked on the boundary wall and renovations on Crinnis Road, the Toru Trading Warehouse, the refurbishment of the Performance Labs offices and factory, and the construction of the Restapadic Sunway City Offices. Troy is highly experienced in construction and civil engineering, with 36 years of on-the-job experience in these sectors. In the past, he has worked for major organisations such as Chiredzi Contracting, Thor Developments in Zambia, and Genesis Procurements in Zambia.

Alan Patrick Mullins

Senior Site Manager

Alan is a seasoned site manager with over 45 years of regional and international experience in construction. He specializes in civil projects like roads, bridges, storm-water systems, and water reticulation, as well as building multi-storey structures, shopping malls, and refurbishments. Key projects include the Detonator Plant and warehouses for Electrosales, service stations for Redan Kero, and a large warehouse for Dulux Zimbabwe. His expertise covers soils testing, concrete technology, infrastructure, and commercial buildings. Alan has worked with major firms including Costain Africa Ltd., John Sisk & Sons, and Skanska Jensen.

Wayne De Koker

Senior Site Manager

Wayne is an aspiring site manager passionate about SHE compliance and skilled in interpreting complex construction blueprints. He excels in site administration, work-plan development, and supports quality improvement and management systems. His responsibilities include cost monitoring, supervising site teams, and managing plant and equipment use. Key projects with TPS include civils work at Pickstone Gold Mine’s south well and Burnet Shaft, construction of staff accommodation and facilities in Penhalonga, and earthworks and bulk concrete for the Penhalonga Gold Recovery Project. Wayne has over 15 years of experience in civil construction, building, and mining across South Africa and Zimbabwe. He has worked with notable firms such as Basil Read, Bobtons Development and Construction, Scot Brad Engineering, Africa Mega Construction, LBL Contractors, and HVB Construction.

Phillip Pandehuni

Site Manager

Phillip is a versatile and self-motivated construction professional with over six years of experience across various construction sectors. Known for his strong communication skills and dedication, he progressed from foreman to site manager at TPS. His key projects include constructing a 5,600 sqm warehouse in Southerton, a 4,400 sqm warehouse for Bathroom Boutique in Masvingo, and Electrosales retail shops in Zvishavane and Avondale. Phillip’s expertise covers civil works, structural works, and building construction. He has also worked with ABC Segittarian Construction, HIT Construction Zimbabwe, and Pearville Land Developer.

Phillip Warth

Site Manager

Phillip has been entrusted with safeguarding TPS’s interests in the Lowveld, where he has proven his capability by successfully completing numerous projects on time and within budget. His work includes the Malilangwe HQ shed, a butchery extension, staff housing for Pamushana base camp, Hakamela ablutions, a shed at Chipinda Pools workshop, rhino fence pickets, the Chivilila Falls platform, Gulugi refurbishment, and extensive refurbishment and sewage work at Chipinda Pools staff village. He also managed the Chipinda Pools boardroom, aircraft hangers, senior management house refurbishments, Pamushana base camp canteen and laundry refurbishment, and security houses refurbishments. Phillip’s expertise lies in building construction and agricultural mechanics, with over six years of experience in the construction sector. He has previously worked for Grupo Kapenta De Mozambique.

Raymond Flight

Site Manager

Raymond began his building career in 1985 with the Chongololo Tobacco Curing System. His prior experience has been valuable at TPS, where he specializes in refurbishing old buildings, constructing boundary walls, and building residential units. His notable projects with TPS include converting a roof from thatching to chromadek and refurbishing bedrooms for the Cochrane family, renovating houses and office complexes, and refurbishing an old office building into modern offices with added support structures for J&J Transport. Raymond’s expertise focuses on refurbishment and renovation of offices, houses, and similar structures. He has previously worked for Twine and Cordage, B’Ayoba (Pvt) Ltd, and Cochrane Pump Zimbabwe in Harare.

Reginald Jembere

Senior Quantity Surveyor

He is a project manager specializing in both pre- and post-contract stages with extensive experience in quantity surveying. Since joining TPS in 2021, he has worked on a wide range of projects in Zimbabwe, including civil works, infrastructure, earthworks, steel fabrication, office and commercial buildings, schools, residential buildings, fire protection, electrical and plumbing installations, solar system installation, handrails, staircases, steel trusses, and repairs. His expertise covers cost controlling, cost planning, project procurement, post-contract administration, claims and variation assessments, negotiation, design and planning, as well as estimating for tenders and budgets, risk assessments, project planning, cash flow management, and subcontractor procurement and management. With over 17 years in the construction industry, he has previously worked for notable organisations such as Costain Zimbabwe, Geodesic Steel Engineering, Ubuntu Construction (a joint venture between Costain Zimbabwe and McD Group), and Royale Properties.
