







Ophias serves as Managing Director, in charge of the Africa region business and operations. He started his career at a leading Financial Institution in Zimbabwe before joining TPS as Project Manager before being appointed Managing Director a position he currently holds. Ophias has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics degree from the University of Zimbabwe and an MBA from the same University. A devoted Christian, Ophias spends his spare time doing charity work at his church organization.
Norman has 14 years experience in the acquiring payments arena. Initially employed as the acquiring systems manager at Nedbank in South Africa where he was responsible for the host and terminal systems from a business perspective. In 1998 Norman moved to the UK and joined Hypercom as Customer Services Director for EMEA, where he setup and ran the managed services operations for 4 years. In 1999 Norman was appointed Operations Director for EMEA responsible for the merchant helpdesk, terminal installations and collections, terminal repairs and refurbishments and order management for EMEA. In 2003, Norman joined VeriFone to setup their managed services operation for the UK. Once this was established and running smoothly, Norman joined the UK sales team, selling payment solutions backed-up by the VeriFone managed services. Norman led the sales bid that landed VeriFone the preferred supplier status for Lloyds TSB Cardnet.
Vitalis is in charge of Technical Services Division at TPS and his key responsibilities include systems implementation support and customer service.
Vitalis holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and Computing Science Degree; and a Master of Business Administration Degree; both from University of Zimbabwe. Vitalis has just over 10 years experience that includes electronic banking at both strategic and operation level with a Zimbabwean commercial bank; 5 years with TPS in various technical roles including project management, systems design and development. He is an ardent tennis supporter.
Canaan has over 13 years experience in the finance field. He brings a wealth of experience earned from exposure in some of Zimbabwe's leading manufacturing and service organizations. Canaan's thrust at TPS is to ensure the company's prosperity by effectively managing its financial resource base. Canaan is also in charge of the day-to-day administration of TPS and has been with the Company. He is holder of BTech Degree in Accounting. He enjoys watching Formula 1 and is staunch Liverpool supporter.
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, Albert is responsible for sales, marketing, and delivery and customer services functions within TPS. He joined TPS from Africom a leading technology company in the region where he held various positions in Marketing, Sales and Product Development. He is currently studying for his MSc Strategic Management post graduate degree.
Reginald is currently studying for a Master of Business Administration Degree with the University of Zimbabwe. Reginald has over six years experience in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of mission-critical systems. He is charged with the overall responsibility of switching and value-added systems design development and implementation at TPS both locally and in the African region. Reginald has been with TPS since 1999.
Barbara oversees POS systems and application development at TPS. She is also in charge of the research and development team that seeks to always be ahead in the market in terms of developing innovative solutions in the dynamic payments industry. Since joining TPS in 2005, she has held positions as developer of retail and banking applications and systems engineer supervising systems development team.
